The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Director of Facilities Management during the hours of the inspection from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on 6/6/2018 that there were the following issues. Location: Therapy storage room located across from Room #255. There were shelves mounted closer than 18 inches clear under a sprinkler head.
''The clearance between the deflector and the top of storage shall be 18 inches or greater.'' - NFPA 13, 2010: 8.5.6.1.

The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Director of Facilities Management during the hours of the inspection from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm on 6/6/2018 that there were the following issues. Location: 3rd Floor IT/Electrical Room. The plywood on the walls used for mounting equipment must be fire rated. The labels showing that this plywood is fire rated were not visible. Therefore the plywood must be removed or be replaced.
