Based on documents review process, the building's fire alarm notification system was not maintained. These deficiencies could affect any patients, staff, or visitors in the building because the fire alarm system could be inadvertently shut off.

On October 28, 2020 at 1:55PM, while in the company of the DM & MS, the records indicates that the smoke detectors sensitivity test was not conducted, including no record of the previous testing, not in compliance with Sections 19.3.6.1, NFPA 72 201014.4.5.3.2
