Facility failed to maintain records of fire drills in accordance with the 2000 edition of the Life Safety Code, NFPA 101. Findings included the following:

Surveyor observered between 10 and 11 am on 1/18/2012 that records of fire drills in the last 12 months were incomplete.

Facility failed to maintain records of fire sprinkler testing in accordance with the 2000 edition of the Life Safety Code, NFPA 101, and NFPA 13. Findings included the following:

Surveyor observed between 10 and 11am on 1/18/2012 that facility records failed to include maintain on fire sprinkler for hospital and kitchen hood.

Facility failed to maintain records of ventilation equipment maintenance in accordance with the 2000 edition of the Life Safety Code, NFPA 101. Findings included the following:

Surveyor observed between 10 and 11 am on 01/18/2012 that facility records did not include log of filter changes for Heating and Ventilating units.
