Based on observations during the tour of the facility on the morning of 01/11/2017, with Regional Facility Manager and the Director of Engineering, the Womens pavillion east ground door failed to lacth properly also door lacks proper hardware. Replace door to provide functional door with proper hardware;door closer, push bar from egress side and card access from outside.
