1. Inspection revealed that there are outlets that are outlets that are within 6 feet of a water source that are not the Ground Fault Circuit Interruption type outlets. The following is a list of the areas involved:

FAHC Blair Park Campus-Given Lab, room 127, outlets at sink.
FAHC Blair Park Campus-Outpatient Lab, room 353, outlets at sink.
FAHC at 352 Mountain View Drive, Colchester, Plastics, in the breakroom & waiting room, water cooler outlets.

2. Inspection of 192 Tilley Drive in South Burlington revealed that the Data closet 1143 has open conduits. Conduits must be sealed with approved fire stopping material.
