Surveyor observed between 10:00 and 11:00am on 12/02/10 that medical gas cyclinders in medical gas storage were not chained and adequately secured in accordance with NFPA 99, 4-3.1.1.2(a)3. Provisions shall be made for racks or fasteners to protect cylinders from accidental damage or dislocation.
