Based on observation and discussion with the director of maintenance, it was determined that the facility failed to ensure that the emergency generators were equipped with remote annunciators as required.
The findings include:
On September 11th, 2012 between the hours of 10:15am and 3:15pm the State Fire Marshal observed that the the emergency generators for the facility did not have remote annunciators installed on the units as required. Install remote annunciators in a constantly attended location for the emergency generators.
These findings were noted and affirmed by the maintenance supervisor during the survey.
This could affect 100 percent of the occupants.
