Based on record review and staff interviews the facility failed to maintained the automatic sprinkler system per the requirements of :
Ref: 1999 NFPA 25 Chapter 10-2
Systems shall be examined internally for obstructions.
Findings included:
Record review on 01-06-16 revealed that at approximately 11:00 there was no documentation to show when the last obstruction inspection was completed.
This was verified by the Director of Maintenance at the time of discovery and the Administrator during the exit interview on 01-06-16 at approximately 13:30 hrs.
