Based on observations and staff interview the facility failed to maintain a remote manual stop switch.
Findings:
Observation during the facility tour on 12/26/2012 revealed that no switch was found to be located in the generator. Remote manual stop switches are required to be located outside of the room housing the generator.
These observations were acknowledged by the Facility Administrator.
