Based upon interviews and record reviews, the Governing Body failed to ensure one administrator was appointed to manage the hospital's main campus, south campus, and pierremont campus. This was evidenced by the hospital having an administrator appointed to the main campus, the south campus and the pierremont campus. Findings:
Interviews on 05/18/15 at 11:00 a.m. and 05/20/15 at 11:30 a.m. with S1COO (Chief Operating Officer), S2Administrator, S3RN/Chief Nursing Officer, S4Compliance Officer revealed three administrators were identified for the hospital's main campus, south campus, and the pierremont campus. S1COO further identified he was the Senior Vice President and was administratively responsible for all administrators.
Review of the hospital's organizational chart on 5/18/15 revealed S2Administrator was identified as the administrator of the main campus, S7Administrator was identified as the administrator of the south campus, and S1Administrator was identified as the administrator of the pierremont campus.
There failed to be documented evidence one Administrator was over the main campus and the two offsite campuses.
