Based on observations made during the survey of the facility between the hours of 2:00 pm and 6:00 pm, while accompanied by the COO, CNO, Plant Ops Director, and Asst. Administrator it was observed that the facility failed to provide the following requirements at the KITCHEN and SERVERY areas:
A. No "interlock" was found for the KITCHEN or SERVERY cooking areas in accordance with NFPA 96, 2011: 19.3.2.5.3(5)(c) . The "interlock" is required to turn off all sources of fuel and electrical power to the cooking equipment when the fire suppression system is activated.
