Based on visual observation and testing it was observed that 8 of 8 Elevators do not conform with Fire fighters Service Requirements. This could affect approximately 123 Patients in Case of Fire and Smoke Emergencies.
Findings:
During tour on 4-29-10 between 7:30 AM and 12:30: PM it was observed that Elevators 1 Thru 8 do not have Firefighters service Phase 1 key recall and Phase 2 Emergency in-car key operation.
