Facility failed to maintain doors in nursing unit in accordance with the 2000 edition of the Life Safety Code, NFPA (National Fire Protection Association) 101. Findings included the following:
Surveyor observed between 1:30 and 2:00 pm on 12/13/13 that 19 of 19 patient room corridor doors in the nursing unit had roller latches.
