Based on observation during the afternoon of 07/25/2013, the top of the wall that was later constructed in the Education Room is approximately 12 inches below the ceiling. It must be verified that this wall does not obstruct the discharge pattern of one sprinkler installed near the wall on the other side of the wall from the conference table.

Based on observation during the morning of 7/25/2013, it appeared the medical gas storage room was not vented to the outside as required by NFPA 99. Venting may be provided by a dedicated ventilation system or by natural venting.
