Nitrous Oxide Storage Room: The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Maintenance Supervisor during the hours of the inspection from 9:00 am to 11:45 am on 3/7/2018 that there is a copper gas line that was not isolated from galvanized clamp.
"Hangers and supports shall comply with and be installed in accordance with MSS SP-58, Pipe Hangers and Supports - Materials, Design, Manufacture, Selection, Application, and Installation." - NFPA 99, 2012, 5.1.10.11.4.2

Medical Gas Room for O2 and Air: The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Maintenance Supervisor during the hours of the inspection from 9:00 am to 11:45 am on 3/7/2018 that an electrical receptacle and a light were installed too low on the wall per the following requirements.
Locations for central supply systems and the storage of medical gases shall meet the following requirements: (5) Be compliant with NFPA 70, National Electrical Code, for ordinary locations, with electrical devices located at or above 5 feet above finished floor to avoid physical damage - NFPA 99, 2002, 5.1.3.3.2(5).
