During a tour of the facility with staff M on 06/14/12 it was observed that a wood Bio-Hazard Storage area and a wood over hang were attached to the rear of the main building, but were not provided with fire sprinkler coverage. It was also noted that the two attached canopies one at the Main entrance and the other at the Emergency Entrance which allow vehicular traffic underneath them are not provided with fire sprinkler protection. Due to the MRI Trailer being less than 10 feet from the building it will be required to have fire sprinkler coverage.
