While surveying the facility with the hospital engineer this inspector observed that the fire barrier/smoke compartment doors had an 3/8 inch vertical gap between the doors first floor section.

1. Helium tank in the MRI access area was not properly secured.
2. There is was no approved smoke detector present in the vicinity of the doctors sleeping room ( NFPA 72).

3. General surgery office had an exposed electrical wire in equipment room
4. Orthopedic office has non approved deadbolt lock on exit door.
5.79 Schooner street office did have have approved oxygen warning signs where oxygen was being stored.
