Surveyor observed between 9 and 10 am on 7/15 15 that in the kitchen mechanical room, the emergency electrical panel boards did not have complete identification. The panels for the essential electrical distribution from the alternate power source need to be clearly labeled to indicate the branches that these panels serve.
