Based on observations, staff interview, and/or documentation on May 26, 2022 at 9:00 AM onward the following deficiencies were noted: The standard is non-compliant, specific findings include:

1. A complaint survey was conducted related to storage in the corridor on first floor near pharmacy. Upon inspection in the area of Material Management in the egress corridor large pallets of material were found stored in the corridor restricting the means of egress. Facility shall maintain clear and unobstructed egress in the corridors by all applicable rules and regulations.

Reference 2012 NFPA 101 Section 19.2.2 General; Every Aisles, passageways, corridors, exit discharges, exit locations, and accesses are in accordance with Chapter 7 unless modified by 19.2.2 through 19.2.11.
