Based on observation, staff interview and review of maintenance records during a verification visit of the facility on 8/31/2011, the facility was found to be out of compliance due to one tag, K-130, not yet corrected. The completion date for correction is 9/23/2011.
The cumulative effect of this environmental problem resulted in the hospital's inability to ensure a safe environment for the patients.

Findings include:
During an onsite tour of the Suring Primary Care facility with Staff N (environmntal services director), Surveyor 12316 observed the Medical Records Storage receiption area was not fire safe protected.
