Based on observations during the facility walk through inspection on 01/15/2015, with the director of plant operations and plant ops. manager, it was noted that the outside location of the medical gas manifold/storage was not provided with an overhead shade or weather protection. This area contains nitrous oxide tanks and was located on a paved area, where direct summer sun could exceed maximum allowable temperatures.
