Based on record review on the afternoon of 10/27/2010, documentation was not available to substantiate the new material installed on the lower part of the corridor walls has a Class A, Class B, or Class C interior finish.

Based on observation during the afternoon of 10/27/2010, the corridor doors to patient sleeping rooms have roller latches. Each roller latch must be replaced with postive latching hardware that engages automatically when the door is closed.

Based on observation during the afternoon of 10/27/2010, all of the light fixtures in the egress corridors could be switched off at the switches located on the corridor walls. A minimum of one foot-candle of illumination must be provided in the egress corridors which cannot be switched off.
