Based on observation and confirmed by interview, the facility failed to assure sprinkler coverage met standard as required by NFPA 13.
Per observation during the tour on 2/2/10, there was no sprinkler coverage in the closet located in the Physicians Lounge on the first floor of the hospital. This was confirmed by the Vice President of Facilities during the tour.

Per observation during tour on 2/2/10, there was a table located in front of the electric panel in the Performance Improvement Storage located on the first floor of the hospital blocking easy access. This was confirmed by the Vice President for Facilities during the tour.
