Through observation during the survey, July 11, 2013, it was determined that the facility failed to install electrical outlets in accordance with NFPA 99 in the oxygen storage room.
During the walk through of the facility, with the Maintenance Director, the oxygen storage room contained one (1) electrical light switch located at approximately forty two inches (42") off of the floor.
Per NFPA 99, section 4-3.1.1.2(4) electrical outlets must be installed at a minimum five feet (5') off of the floor.

Through observation during the survey, July 11, 2013, it was determined that the facility failed to divide the essential electrical system onto the correct branches per NFPA 99.
During the walk through of the facility, with the Maintenance Director, the Life Safety Branch contained a breaker for the "generator jacket heater".
Per NFPA 99, section 3-4.2.2.2 which states that only illumination of egress, exit signs, fire alarms, communication systems, task illumination, elevator controls, and automatic doors are the only items that may be placed on the Life Safety Branch.
This deficiency had the potential to effect 2 of 2 smoke compartments
