Based upon observation and interview, the facility failed to maintain the the exit corridors open and accessible at all times in one location in the facility.
Findings include:
Observation on May 24, 2010 at 1:30 pm revealed there were work stations set-up in the exit corridor near the Main Nurses station with chairs at the computer on wheels.
Interview with facility representatives on May 25, 2010 confirmed the condition exists.

Based upon observation and interview, it was determined the electrical wiring and/or equipment does not comply with NFPA 70, the National Electrical Code in one location in the facility.
Findings include:
Observation on May 24, 2010 at 11:45 am revealed that the Hydrocolator in the temporary OT/PT room was not protected by a GFCI plug.
Interview with facility representatives on May 25, 2010 confirmed the condition exists.
