Based on the observations and staff interview during the tour on 7/25/2012 following exit discharge illumination was observed as noncompliant as the specific findings include: The exit discharge lighting leading from the penthouse mechanical room to the exit stairwell only had a one bulb fixture at the penthouse exit and at the stairwell entrance.

Based on the observations and staff interview during the tour on 7/25/2012 following kitchen hood suppression system item was observed as noncompliant as the specific findings include: The suppression system tube and nozzle were not pointing at the fryer that it was designed to protect.

NOTE: A facility contractor was notified that day and the deficiencie was corrected before the end of the survey.
