On the facility tour between 10:30 AM and 2:00 PM on 07/09/2015, observations revealed the following:
1) Extension cord plugged into a power strip in the laundry room behind the washer for the laundry soap.
2) Extension Cord plugged into a power strip in the Environmental Services Office powering a Microwave.
3) In the administration office there was a refrigerator plugged into an extension cord and other items used with another extension cord with a multi-plug adapter on the end of it in the same office.
