Based on document review and staff interview, the facility does not maintain the sprinkler system quarterly as required by this regulation.
Findings include:
Review of the Facility's Life Safety Binder, on 7/24/14 at 10:00AM, did not reveal an entry for June 2014. Quarterly reports were available for the previous two years. Interview with Staff #20 revealed the testing contractor, ATI, Inc., had merged with another firm, causing a lapse in the inspection cycle.
