Based on observation and staff interview it was determined that the facility failed to ensure that the fire alarm was in compliance with code.
During the tour of the facility it was noted that the fire alarm annual inspection report done by Southeastern Fire Alarm Company revealed several violations as noted:
1. Smoke detector #24 is mounted within 36 inches of AC vent.
2. Smoke detector coverage does not maintain a 30 feet on center spacing.
3. Fire alarm panel has a parallelet circuit with no supervision.
