Through interview the hospital had 12 patients identified has testing positive for Covid 19.
Through interview the hospital had 2 patients that were pending the results of testing for Covid 19.
Through interview with hospital Staff #2, the hospital did not have an isolate or cohort need to be separated from non-infected people by placement in separate living areas.

This program addresses the needs of patient, visitors, and healthcare workers ...aims to optimize use of resources through a strong preventative program. The program provides a framework for employees for surveillance prevention, and control infections. The framework includes appropriate analysis reporting, and interventions consistent with the mission of Perimeter Healthcare and the goals stated within the Infection Prevention and Control Program. The development of policies and interventions will be guided by recommended practices of the assessment of Professional in infection Control (APIC), the Centers for Disease Control (CDC), and others."
