On 10-31-2016 During our regular inspection Surveyors 16776 / 37695 with the Facilities Manager observer in the corridors information boards with untreated hanging information on them. Information board to be inclosed.

1. On 10-31-2016 during our regular inspection Surveyors 16776 / 37695 with Facilities Manager observed in the Hospital corridors doors with foot peg style door stops. Foot pegs which will impede closing of the doors will have to be removed.

2. Dutch type Doors found at both pharmacies in the hospital side and the nursing side had been improperly been installed buy the facilities manager where as the doors were just cut in half. The installion failed to meet the Code as per LSC 101 19.3.6.3.6.

3. In the service corridor by the kitchen, storage room and office had unrated louver type vents in the walls which would not give the rating to both rooms. ( 1 hour type walls.). As per Code.

On 10-31-2016 during our regular inspection Surveyors 16776 / 37695 and Facilities Manager observed the Bolier room door did not latch. Door needs to be repaired and be self-closing and positive latching as per Code.
