Based on observations made during the survey of the facility while accompanied by the hospital's Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operating Officer, Facility Safety Manager, and Emergency Management Specialist it was observed that the facility was undergoing restoration and repairs from the recent water-damage emergency event. The current status of this work is understandably incomplete at this time. The facility will need to apply and make this restoration effort a construction project with TDSHS Architectural Review Group, and work with TDSHS towards future construction inspections of the restoration effort for the Hospital's Architectural Demolition / Construction / Finishes work (including ceilings, walls, floors, millwork and other related miscellaneous issues uncovered / discovered during this work.
