Based on observations during the tour of the facility on the afternoon of 11-4-2024, with the Director of Safety, Assistant Director of Safety, Morrison Healthcare Food Services, and the Director of Food & Nutrition, the facility failed to provide acceptable cleaning of the burner flue vent. Vent should be cleaned on a regular basis.
