A Complaint Survey for Life Safety Code compliance was conducted by the Wisconsin Division of Quality Assurance on 07/18/2019. Ascension SE Wisconsin Hospital - St Joseph Campus was found to be in compliance with the requirements of the following applicable regulations for participation in Medicare- Medicaid:
42 CFR Subpart 482.41 - CONDITION: Environment was MET
NFPA 101 (2012 edition) - Life Safety Code was MET (Chapter 19-Exisitng Health Care).
FINDINGS INCLUDE:
The Hospital was found to have a safe environment, properly constructed and maintained to protect the health and safety of patients.
The Hospital was maintained in accordance with the Life Safety Code (NFPA 101-2012). This observed situation was compliant with 42 CFR 482.41.
