The inspector observed while accompanied by the CEO during inspection conducted on 11.17.2016 that the facility failed provide Fire Alarm label as required by:
NFPA 72, 2002: 4.4.1.4.2.2 Circuit disconnecting means shall have a red marking, shall be accessible only to authorized personnel, and shall be identified as " FIRE ALARM CIRCUIT " . NFPA 72, 2002: 4.4.1.4.2.3..... The location of the circuit disconnecting means shall be permanently identified at the fire alarm control unit.
The inspector observed while accompanied by the CEO during inspection conducted on 11.17.2016 that the facility failed to provide adequate space under the hood for the fryer.
Provide the distance between open flames and deep fry to ensure compliance with the requirements of NFPA 96: 2001: 12.1.2.4 ..... All deep fat fryers shall be installed with at least a 16 inch space between the fryer and surface flames from adjacent cooking equipment.
