Based on observation on 1/23/19, it was determined that the facility failed to ensure every patient sleeping room has an outside window or outside door. Finding include: Reference #1: 42 CFR 482.41(b)(9), Buildings must have an outside window or outside door in every sleeping room. 1. On 1/23/19 at 11:00 AM in the presence of Staff #1, Intensive Care Unit inpatient sleeping Room #517 lacked either a window or a door to the outside. |
