Based on observation during the afternoon of 10/28/2010, the corridor doors at the following two locations were not in compiance:

(1) The double doors that separate the corridor from the Nurse Supply Romm would not resist the passage of smoke because of the opening between the two closed doors.

(2) the corridor door to the Emergency Trauma Room did not have positive latching hardware that engaged automatically when the door was closed.

Based on observation during the afternoon of 10/28/2010 the emergency electrical system was not in compliance because the electrical outlet near the emergency generator did not have a red coverplate to indicate it would be powered by the generator during a failure of the commercial power supply.
