Based on document review, it was determined that the facility failed to ensure that the monthly generator exercise test is documented in accordance with NFPA 99.
Findings include:
On 11/29/12 at 11:30 AM, the monthly generator test documentation was reviewed in the presence of Staff #1. There was no evidence of the Automatic Transfer Time during the monthly tests.
