The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Operations Manager during the hours of the inspection from 8:00 am to 10:30 9m on 03/23/2023 that there were the following issues.
Electrical Room: Life Safety panel box: The fire alarm circuit breaker was not red per the following requirement.
"The circuit breaker at the electrical panel board for the fire alarm shall have a red marking, shall be accessible only to authorized personnel, and shall be identified as "FIRE ALARM CIRCUIT CONTROL"" - NFPA 72, 2010: 10.5.5.2.2

The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Operations Manager during the hours of the inspection from 8:00 am to 10:30 9m on 03/23/2023 that there were the following issues.
Patient Room Restrooms: Shower curtains were missing tags indicating that they meet NFPA-701 requirements per the following.
Documentation indicating that draperies, curtains (including cubicle curtains), and other similar loosely hanging furnishings and decorations are flame-resistant as demonstrated by passing both the small and large-scale tests of NFPA 701, Standard Methods of Fire Tests for Flame-Resistant Textiles and Films, as required by NFPA 101

The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Operations Manager during the hours of the inspection from 8:00 am to 10:30 9m on 03/23/2023 that there were the following issues.
The emergency generator was missing the battery powered backup lighting per the following.
"The life safety branch shall supply power for lighting, receptacles, and equipment as follows:
"(4) Generator set locations as follows:
(a) Task illumination,
(b) Battery charger for emergency battery-powered lighting unit(s),
(c) Select receptacles at the generator set location and essential electrical system transfer switch locations." NFPA 99, 2012, 6.4.2.2.3.2

The inspector observed, while accompanied by the Operations Manager during the hours of the inspection from 8:00 am to 10:30 9m on 03/23/2023 that there were the following issues.
1st Floor: Entry Area: Double Doors: Above Ceiling: There was a junction box that was open and missing its cover.
"Covers. All pull boxes, junction boxes, and conduit bodies shall be provided with covers compatible with the box or conduit body construction and suitable for the conditions of use. Where used, metal covers shall comply with the grounding requirements of 250.110." NFPA 70, 2011, 314.28 (C)
