Based on observation and interview it was determined the facility failed to properly store trash containers on one of two levels in this component.
Findings include:
A. Observation on January 7, 2011, at 11:55 AM, revealed a large trash cart was improperly stored in a lower level corridor alcove across from the morgue.
Interview with maintenance director on January 7, 2011, at 11:56 AM, confirmed the full trash collection cart stored in the corridor alcove.
