Record review of personnel # 18 employee file on 10/24/2023 indicated his nursing license expired on 04/30/2023.

Personnel #18 worked on 09/03/2023, 09/05/2023, 09/11/2023, 09/14/2023, 09/17/2023, 09/25/2023.

During an interview with personnel #1, #2, #12, #14, #16 on 10/24/2023 confirmed the above findings.
