Based on visual observation the facility failed to assure that the building had a complete, supervised, automatic sprinkler system installed in accordance with NFPA 13. This deficiency has the potential to affect 19 of 19 residents.
Findings:
During the facility touron 12/12/2017, between the hours of 8:00a-2:30p observation revealed sprinkler system was not complete with no sprinkler protection in the room adjacent tto the compounding room in pharmacy.
Interview with Administrator revealed the facility was not aware the automatic sprinkler system was not complete.
