Based on visual observation and testing and review of records it was observed that the Sprinkler System was yellow tagged on 2-23-11.
Findings:
On 3-22-11 between 10:00 AM and 12:00 PM it was observed that the Sprinkler System is Functional but on 2-23-11 Simplex Grinnell yellow tagged the Sprinkler System for missing 3 spare sprinkler heads also 5 year internal inspection needs to be done, replace or calibrate gages and Fire Department Connection does not spin. This deficiency could possibly affect 27 Patients in a Fire Emergency.
