Based on observation and interview, the facility failed to maintain the automatic sprinkler system per the requirements of:
2012 NFPA 101, 19.3.4.1, and 9.7.2.1
2010 NFPA 72, 23.8.5.6.1
Findings include:
On 07/18/2018, during a tour of the facility from 1:00 pm to 3:30 pm, the surveyor observed that both of the automatic sprinkler control valves (in the fire vault) were not electronically monitored.
