Corridor doors to patient rooms 207 and 226 would not close /latch/seal without extra force. The isolation equipment racks hung over the door with hooks were impeding the closing of the doors.

There were keyed deadbolt locks on corridor doors to patient rooms 220, 228 and to Pharmacy (1st floor). These locks were not found in use at time of survey.
