On observation and interview with Staff M at about 10:30am, found that sprinkler protection was needed at the B C R void ceiling area between the bathroom and office space. This will enhance the protection of the facility.
On observation and interview with Staff M at about 11:00am, found that the rear outside kitchen entrance, where combustibles are recieved and stored, needs dry head sprinkler protection. This will enhance the fire protection in areas where combustibles are stored.
On observation and interview with Staff M, found that the FDC ( Fire Department Connection) signeage is discolored and needs to be replaced. This will allow the fire department to visibly see the connection better at night.
