The finding included:

1. Observation on 4/16/18 at 11:55 AM, revealed the self-closing device on the IT storage room door had been disconnected.
2. Observation on 4/16/18 at 11:05 AM, revealed the purchasing department storage room door was not equipped with a self-closing device.
