Based on interview, the director of the nursing service was not responsible for the operation of the service, including determining the types and numbers of nursing personnel and staff necessary to provide nursing care for all areas of the hospital.

During an interview with the Chief Executive Officer the morning of 11-17-10 in the administrative conference room, it was revealed that the Chief Nursing Officer serves the facility in a part-time capacity, also serving as the Chief Nursing Officer at another facility within the hospital's network.

The above was confirmed in a meeting with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Nursing Officer on the afternoon of 11-17-10 in the administrative conference room.
