Based upon observations, review of Documents and discussions the Fire Sprinkler System Maintenance was incomplete.
Findings include that between the hours of 11 am and 2 pm, accompanied by the Facility Building Engineer, the following items were noted: The Fire Sprinkler Maintenance Records did not indicate that the 5 Year Maintenance was completed, there was no record of an Annual Maintenance Report presented for the past 12 months. Additionally, found a Painted Sprinkler Head in the Top of the East Wing Stairwell. The Facilities Building Engineer confirmed these findings.
The above observations were witnessed by the Facilities Building Engineer.
