Based on observation and interview, the facility does not provide fire safety to patients and staff related to storage of clean storage of linen and patient care supplies.
Findings include:
Observation on 3/24/15 at 1:30 PM during facility tour revealed Patient Room 8615 located in the Intensive Care Suite was used as a clean storage room. Clean storage rooms are required to be constructed of smoke resistive partitions. The sliding door to the room was maintained in the open position.
This finding was verified with Director OES Staff #2 on 3/24/15.

Findings include:
Observation on 3/24/15 at 1:30 PM during facility tour revealed Patient Room 8615 located in the Intensive Care Suite used as a clean storage room. Clean storage rooms are required to be maintained at positive air pressure for infection control. The sliding door to the room was maintained in the open position.
This finding was verified with Director OES Staff #2 on 3/24/15.
